The founder and managing director of Brimis, Andile grew up fascinated by engineering – wanting to know and understand how things worked.
Andile has over 16 years’ experience across diverse mechanical systems, involving a broad spectrum of engineering products and specifications.
Andile’s vision for Brimis is one of positive contribution to critical sectors that drive our economy. In growing the company to become an industry leader, he positively impacts and creates a new path for South Africa’s next generation of engineering talent.

The founder and managing director of Brimis, Andile grew up fascinated by engineering – wanting to know and understand how things worked.
After realizing his dream of a B-Tech (Mechanical Engineering), he started his work in the industry in the engineering departments of various industry giants, including Anglo-Platinum Mines, the SABS, Wabco and Eskom. He also holds various professional certificates in risk-based inspections from Steinbeis Transfer Institute (Germany) and executive development programme certificates (University of the Witwatersrand).
